About

I have been interested in music from the warm and tender age of seven years old. I showed an interest in the piano, and ended singing in the Church choir, and school choir. I was always picked to sing the solo part as it was said that I had a voice of an angel.

I had private piano lessons at school as I kept nagging my teachers for it until in the end they gave in to me! Still as a child my headmistress spotted my interest in music, and with my parent’s permission; she took me off to see my first opera. I loved it, and followed the Act to its finale without even nodding off! Not bad for a child!

I continued playing the piano having further lessons in Birmingham, and then studied music, and drama at the city of Wolverhampton. I went on to do music performance at South Birmingham Digbeth Academy where I obtained my diploma in voice and performance.

Still I have an interesting wide range of experience from teaching groups of rock bands to large Church choirs to even running a children’s choral group and putting on live singing shows. I love a challenge, and love training voices from basic and seeing the amazing results in the end!

I have many works under my belt. I have performed live to raise money for various charities, and am also a songwriter, singer, and composer of many relaxation music, jazz along with romantic arias, pop, soft rock, ballad all adding to my interesting broad repertoire.

I have written two books for singers and musicians which I use to help my students develop their voices and deal with their stage fright. You can buy both here.

They say to really know about someone ask a student. After reading what my students have to say I am confident that you will choose to work with me on getting you to the creative and musical journey that you wish to reach.
